Yoga is a process of becoming more aware of who we are and bringing balance into our daily lives. In this training, students will practice asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation or stillness to access that deep well of inner-knowing. Learn to teach dynamic flow classes or learn what the teachers learn. Study yoga philosophy, history, anatomy, teaching methodology, sanskrit, and much more!
