Chaturanga: the elusive yoga push up we love to hate! This workshop will set you up with the proper alignment for your body in this pose, as well as keep the shoulder joint supported and functional for a lifetime of yoga. We will focus on releasing muscle tension, stabilizing the joint and strengthening the body. From advanced to beginners, this class is great for anyone who does Chaturanga (or wants to learn Chaturanga) and likes having happy, healthy shoulders.
