THERAPEUTIC YIN FLOW

In Therapeutic Yin Flow, we safely strengthen where we are weak, stretch where we are tight, and deepen our connection to body and breath. This is a beginner friendly class where less is more, and feeling is healing. 75 minutes.


RESTORATIVE YOGA

Tuesdays at 6pm with Joanne |1|

Relax, breathe, and restore your mind and body to their natural state of calm with this class that incorporates gentle, supported yoga poses with soothing essential oils.
Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends, supported by props and held for long periods of time to allow for complete release into the postures.


IT'S JUST YOGA

Saturday 11-12:15 with Jenn |1-2|

It's Just Yoga is a Saturday morning feel good vinyasa flow that builds heat internally before moving into static postures designed to actively stretch and support the body. Start the weekend with mundfulness, tending to the body, breath, and self with this all levels class. Beginners encouraged.


SLEEPY YIN

Thursdays 6pm with Prince |1|

The perfect combination of deep stretching and complete relaxation. This class is a wonderful complement to an active practice and is suitable for everyone. It lengthens ligaments, softens joints, and relaxes the back. A great antidote to an active day.


LIGHT YOGA // HEAVY JAMS

FORMERLY BRO/GA ... Designed to take the intimidation factor out of yoga, all are welcome to experience an hour-long beginner friendly practice that features an eclectic rock/metal/whatever playlist in a relaxed atmosphere, and you don’t even have to be able to touch your toes. *$10 Drop In for non-members. Included in class packs and memberships.


THERAPEUTIC SLOW FLOW

Great for beginners, Therapeutic Slow Flow is a class designed to safely strengthen and stretch. Kat uses her years of experience and sense of humor to guide you safely, working on balance and core strength, while moving with the breath. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

This class moves through sun salutation variations, balancing exercises, and standing and seated postures, as we connect to our breath and our bodies. Using safe movements to build internal heat, this energetic class offers a moderate level of exertion that can be modified in either direction. All levels are welcome.


VINYASA LEVEL 2

This is a 75 minute Vinyasa practice flowing from sun salutation variations into more challenging postures designed to build strength, balance, and unify mind and body. With strong connection to breath, bandhas (energy locks), and drishti (gaze), we will use postures, transitions, and concentration to align, stretch, and strengthen.


MORNING VINYASA

Monday & Wednesday 7am Lisa |1-2|

Morning Vinyasa incorporates both the yin and the yang to gradually warm the muscles, bring heat into the body, and then cool back down during the final stretch of the sequence. Building from seated to standing, going from movement to flowing, and then making our way into any variation of a specific peak pose that serves you best- every posture will be designed to help you lengthen and strengthen to most naturally achieve what your body needs, while starting your morning on your mat.

HATHA VINYASA

Mondays & Wednesdays 10a with Ellie |1-3|

Hatha Vinyasa is 75 minutes of connecting the mind and body by focusing on breath and moving safely through postures in a sustainable way. Students are encouraged to work at their own level, and mocifications are offered for beginner through advanced.


HATHA FLOW

Saturday 8am with Jess |1-3|

The best way to start the weekend: a well-rounded intentional flow. This 75 minutes class includes backbends, forward folds, twists, balances, lengthening and strengthening. Linking the breath with the body and giving space to observe the mind in the poses, we get to see what we couldn't see before.

60 minute practice uses sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and balancing poses, while building and maintaining a strong connection to the breath. Modifications are made available for beginners through advanced, and all levels are encouraged to attend.


SLOW FLOW

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:45a Kshama |1-2|

This gently demanding practice will move slowly, linking sequences and holding poses, while promoting safe alignment and mind/body connection.

HATHA

Tuesdays and Thursdaya 5:30a w/ Logan

This morning class is held during the most sattvic (peaceful) time of the day. This class is a balanced asana class that works on opening the physical and energetic body to solidify the connection between the body and the mind. The class entails a symmetrical asana practice followed by pranayama and seated concentration, aiming to open the body and focus the mind to establish deeper levels of meditation.


MYSORE ASHTANGA

MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:30-8:00am with Carol |1-3| Classroom opens at 5:30am. Invocation at 6am. Carol will assist and guide you with individualized instruction in the Ashtanga tradition. The student learns specific movements, breathing, and other aspects of the series gradually, in a process accessible to anyone. Each student works at their own pace, guided by the teacher. This method requires discipline and a commitment to truly experience the benefits of the practice. New students are asked to begin their journey during.

ASHTANGA VINYASA

This is a 75 minute Vinyasa class pulling from the first and possibly second series of Ashtanga Yoga. Using sun salutations, breath, and bandhas, the class will move through different sequencing of traditional poses.


LED PRIMARY

Saturdays 8:30a with Carol |3|

The entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga is practiced together, moving through sun salutations, standing postures, and balancing poses, as called by the teacher. This is a 90 minute asana practice designed for those with some knowledge of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, generally followed by 10-15 minutes of pranayama (breath work) to calm the mind before savasana.


ASHTANGA LITE

Mondays at NOON with Kshama |2| Fridays at NOON with Carol |2|

This 60 minute all levels class is based in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga and presented in a way that is approachable to those newer to the practice.


INTRO TO ASHTANGA

Saturdays at 11am with Becca |1-3|

Introduction to the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.

This 75 minute practice will introduce you to the fundamental building blocks of Ashtanga Yoga through sun salutations, standing poses, and the first seated postures of the Primary Series. There is focus on linking breath per movement as well as linking dristhi (gaze) per movement.


INTRO TO SECOND SERIES

Mondays 4:30-6:00p with Carol |2-3|

75 minute exploration of the 2nd series of Ashtanga Yoga. This is an energetic practice with lots of vinyasa (linking breath with movement), and all levels are welcome.

Salute the Sun, connect to the breath, and practice yoga safely to music in this 75 minute class. All levels are encouraged to attend, and modifications are offered in both directions. GUIDED MEDITATION

Sundays 6:30-7pm Rotating with Kshama & Becca ($12 for non-members)

This 30 minute guided meditation is great for anyone new to the practice or those looking for more insight. Becca and Kshama will gently guide you into a comfortable seat, so that you can approach meditation in a comfortable way, with opportunity to ask questions and learn more about this beloved practice.
