THERAPEUTIC YIN FLOW

In Therapeutic Yin Flow, we safely strengthen where we are weak, stretch where we are tight, and deepen our connection to body and breath. This is a beginner friendly class where less is more, and feeling is healing. 75 minutes.


RESTORATIVE YOGA

Tuesdays at 6pm with Joanne |1|

Relax, breathe, and restore your mind and body to their natural state of calm with this class that incorporates gentle, supported yoga poses with soothing essential oils.
Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends, supported by props and held for long periods of time to allow for complete release into the postures.


IT'S JUST YOGA

Saturday 11-12:15 with Jenn |1-2|

It's Just Yoga is a Saturday morning feel good vinyasa flow that builds heat internally before moving into static postures designed to actively stretch and support the body. Start the weekend with mundfulness, tending to the body, breath, and self with this all levels class. Beginners encouraged.


SLEEPY YIN

Thursdays 6pm with Prince |1|

The perfect combination of deep stretching and complete relaxation. This class is a wonderful complement to an active practice and is suitable for everyone. It lengthens ligaments, softens joints, and relaxes the back. A great antidote to an active day.


LIGHT YOGA // HEAVY JAMS

Wednesdays 6:30p James |1-2|

FORMERLY BRO/GA ... Designed to take the intimidation factor out of yoga, all are welcome to experience an hour-long beginner friendly practice that features an eclectic rock/metal/whatever playlist in a relaxed atmosphere, and you don’t even have to be able to touch your toes. *$10 Drop In for non-members. Included in class packs and memberships.


THERAPEUTIC SLOW FLOW

Mondays 5:30pm with Kat |1-2|

Great for beginners, Therapeutic Slow Flow is a class designed to safely strengthen and stretch. Kat uses her years of experience and sense of humor to guide you safely, working on balance and core strength, while moving with the breath. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

This class moves through sun salutation variations, balancing exercises, and standing and seated postures, as we connect to our breath and our bodies. Using safe movements to build internal heat, this energetic class offers a moderate level of exertion that can be modified in either direction. All levels are welcome.


VINYASA LEVEL 2

Tuesdays 5:30p with Kshama |2-3|

This is a 75 minute Vinyasa practice flowing from sun salutation variations into more challenging postures designed to build strength, balance, and unify mind and body. With strong connection to breath, bandhas (energy locks), and drishti (gaze), we will use postures, transitions, and concentration to align, stretch, and strengthen.


HATHA VINYASA

Mondays & Wednesdays 10a with Ellie |1-3|

Hatha Vinyasa is 75 minutes of connecting the mind and body by focusing on breath and moving safely through postures in a sustainable way. Students are encouraged to work at their own level, and mocifications are offered for beginner through advanced.


HATHA FLOW

Saturday 8am with Jess |1-3|

The best way to start the weekend: a well-rounded intentional flow. This 75 minutes class includes backbends, forward folds, twists, balances, lengthening and strengthening. Linking the breath with the body and giving space to observe the mind in the poses, we get to see what we couldn't see before.


IT'S JUST YOGA

60 minute practice uses sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and balancing poses, while building and maintaining a strong connection to the breath. Modifications are made available for beginners through advanced, and all levels are encouraged to attend.

MYSORE ASHTANGA

MONDAY-THURSDAY 5:00-9:00am |1-3|

Tuesday & Thursday 4:00-5:45p

Sunday 8-10am

The Mysore Program is open to all levels of student. Students are guided individually at their own pace into the therapeutic series of Ashtanga Yoga -- step-by-step, in a supportive setting. The teacher observes and gives verbal or visual cues, in-depth explanations of the postures, and physical adjustments as needed. You will receive personal attention on your practice, including breath, alignment, and modifications, and you'll be taught new postures as you become ready for them.

Weekday morning sessions open at 5a, and Ellie begins assisting at 6:30am. Students can begin anytime before 8am, taking as much or as little time as is needed to complete their practice, Evening practice and instruction begins at 4p and ends at 5:45p. Sunday morning instruction will be from 8-10am, and students can use the room to self practice til noon.

NO MYSORE OR FULL PRIMARY Practice on Moon Days. Practice times closest to the approaching new moon & full moon are taken as rest days. These days are noted in the schedule. (Other Led Ashtanga classes are NOT canceled on Moon Days.)


HATHA

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30a w/ [Logan][1]

This morning class is held during the most sattvic (peaceful) time of the day. This class is a balanced asana class that works on opening the physical and energetic body to solidify the connection between the body and the mind. The class entails a symmetrical asana practice followed by pranayama and seated concentration, aiming to open the body and focus the mind to establish deeper levels of meditation.


FULL PRIMARY SERIES

Friday 6:30-7:45am |3| (COMING SOON!)

This is an advanced class. The entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga is practiced together, moving through sun salutations, standing postures, balancing poses, backbends, and inversions with the traditional counts. This is a 75 minute fast moving asana practice designed for those with knowledge of and experience with the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. Students may be encouraged to stop and observe the postures of the series that they haven't yet learned.


INTRO TO ASHTANGA

Sundays at 11am with Ellie |1-2|

This class is a gentle introduction to the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga with special instruction and modifications for beginners.


ASHTANGA LITE

Mondays at NOON with Kshama |2|

This 60 minute all levels class is based in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga and presented in a way that is approachable to those newer to the practice.


LED ASHTANGA L2/3

Mondays & Wednesday 4:30-6:00p with Ellie |2-3|

This class will begin with sun salutations and standing postures and move into different postures from the first, second, and possibly third series of Ashtanga yoga. Practiced together in a fun environment, students can work on more challenging asana such as backbends and dropping back, deep hip openers, twists, handstands and inversions. Modifications and research for more advanced postures will be offered. Optional pranayama and/or meditation techniques may be introduced at the end of class.

COMMUNITY YOGA

Salute the Sun, connect to the breath, and practice yoga safely to music in this 75 minute class. All levels are encouraged to attend, and modifications are offered in both directions. Yoga for Breast or Gynecological Cancer patients and survivors. Designed by a breast cancer survivor to be therapeutic to the needs of the student currently going through treatment or in recovery. This gentle yoga class will stimulate muscles, increase blood flow, balance the glands and enhance lymphatic flow in the body. Resulting in enhancement of your body's internal purification process and helping to relieve tension and anxiety.

Lead by cancer survivor and yogini of 20+ years, this is a healing practice designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and address muscle fatigue. Using ancient breathing practices to quiet your mind and temper anxiety, this class is open to any practitioner and all levels are encouraged to attend. FREE // DONATION BASED
