The Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training will teach you the fundamentals of yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and psychology. You will learn the benefits and function of asana, meditation, mantra, and pranayama in order to teach others effectively. In these 20 days of deep immersion with an exceptional team of teachers and peers, you will explore techniques, discuss and learn yoga philosophy and practice teaching. In a supportive environment, you will be encouraged to develop your own teaching style, find your voice and come to understand what the practice of yoga means to you. A teacher not only attracts students through knowledge, but also as an apparent, almost visible, expression of yoga.

Offering retreats, workshops and trainings in the United States, India, Mexico and Costa Rica, her yogic teachings feature a dharma-rich, gently demanding Vinyasa-flow practice with an emphasis on yoga as a practice ground for life.   "I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years and Heidi Michelle is one of my favorite teachers. Her style speaks to and calms my busy mind, every time—as she opens class I feel myself dropping in, effortlessly. Heidi encourages by calling my attention to aspects of a pose, maybe a subtle physical adjustment, internal sensation or state of mind, that I hadn't ventured into before. Her instruction has, on a few occasions, helped me to find new edges and triumph over my own perceived obstacles. She has a gentle and playful style that puts me at ease, so if I choose to wiggle, touch down for balance or float unexpectedly into the fullest expression of a pose I feel supported by her mindful and caring instruction. I can't wait for my next session with Heidi!” - Denise Dambrackas, Owner/Graphic Artist, Medulla Studio, Denver, CO   Heidi Michelle is the founder of DragonFLYoga, is a Traveling Yogini, a Health and Peace Advocate and you can find her teaching yoga at Danyasa Studio in Dominical, Costa Rica and Midtown Community Yoga in Reno, Nevada, United States.
