This 75-90 minute practice incorporates asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. It is recommended that new students attend Mondays until they are familiar with the sequence.
MONDAY: Fully Led Practice (New Students)
TUESDAY-THURSDAY: Intermediate Practice for established students.
FRIDAY: Silent Practice with option to sit for pranayama/meditation til 7:30am.
MONDAY-FRIDAY 5am-10am* with Carol
Classroom opens at 5am. Assistance and instruction begin at 6am. New and Beginner Students are invited to come to Guided Practice at 7am. Please be on time.
Think of these time slots as an open window available for you to practice around your schedule. Start and end times are flexible based on your needs. Carol will assist and guide you at your level. In Mysore Style classes, the teacher gives individualized instruction in the Ashtanga tradition. The student learns specific movements, breathing, and other aspects of the series gradually, in a process accessible to anyone. Each student works at their own pace, guided by the teacher.

Saturdays 8:30a with Carol
The entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga is practiced together, moving through sun salutations, standing postures, and balancing poses, as called by the teacher. This is a 90 minute practice designed for those with some knowledge of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga.
Fridays at NOON with Carol
This 60 minute all levels class is based in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga and presented in a way that is approachable to those newer to the practice.
INTRO TO ASHTANGA
Saturdays at 11am with Becca
Introduction to the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
This 75 minute practice will introduce you to the fundamental building blocks of Ashtanga Yoga through sun salutations, standing poses, and the first seated postures of the Primary Series. There is focus on linking breath per movement as well as linking dristhi (gaze) per movement. All Levels Welcome.
Mondays at 4:30p with Rose
This practice promotes balance, stress reduction, and enhanced intuition. It focuses the mind to be calm and clear by emphasizing kriyas, or sequential exercises, incorporating breath, relaxation, chanting, and the repetition of mantras.

Practice with the teacher, as she visually guides you through the entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga.
LUNCH BREAK YOGA
Monday - Thursday NOON with Ellie.
This practice uses sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and balancing poses, while building and maintaining a strong connection to the breath. Modifications are made available and all levels are encouraged to attend.
ALL LEVELS VINYASA
Monday and Wednesday at 4:15
60 minute flow practice in a heated room. This class moves through sun salutation variations, balancing exercises, and standing and seated postures, as we connect to our breath and our bodies. Using safe movements to build internal heat, this energetic class offers a moderate level of exertion that can be modified in either direction. All levels are welcome.
Mondays 5:30pm with Carol
90 minute vinyasa flow rooted in the principles and sequencing of Ashtanga Yoga. (Experience linking one breath per movement recommended.)
Tuesday/Thursday 10am with Heidi
75 minute flow class. This is a dharma-rich, gently demanding Vinyasa-flow practice with an emphasis on yoga as a practice ground for life.
WEDNESDAYS at 5:30pm with Edin
60 minute powerful flow designed to bring connection of mind and body with focus on breath and building heat internally. This class uses one breath per movement and more challenging postures to detoxify, strengthen, and tone.
IT'S JUST YOGA
Saturday 9:30-10:45am with Jenn
Its Just Yoga is a Saturday morning class that builds heat in the body with a feel good vinyasa flow before moving into static postures designed to actively stretch and support the body. Start the weekend with mundfulness, tending to the body, breath, and self with this all levels class.
POWER & RESTORE
TUESDAYS 5:30p with Annie
When we release muscle tension and bound fascia we can improve the alignment and function of the skeletal and muscular systems, as well as improve blood and lymphatic circulation. We can then use Power Yoga to create stability in our joints, strength in our bodies, and healthy movement patterns. Power & Restore will incorporate all of these principles while promoting a mind, body and breath connection. This class is more advanced, so basic knowledge of sun salutations is encouraged but not required. All levels are welcome to this challenging practice.
YOGA FOR SKIERS/CYCLISTS/ATHLETES
Mondays 6:00p with Megan
This practice centers on vinyasa yoga for strength, balance, breath, and focus. The class incorporates stretching for areas that need special attention (like hips and hamstrings, shoulders) and strengthening the core and other specific areas. For anyone who wants to add stretching/yoga into their regular fitness routine.
Tuesdays at 5:30pm with Lily
75 minute flow centered around organic, feel-good, movement with focus on alignment and breath. By moving mindfully and creating space in the body, we will find release and relaxation. All-Levels encouraged.
GENTLE THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Sundays 3:00-4:30 with Kathleen or Jole
Moving slowly through gentle and restorative postures, this class is beginner and senior friendly, and suited for anyone working through injuries or any other condition that would restrict mobility.
Thursdays at 6pm with Lily
Cultivate space not only in the ligaments, joints, and deep fascial networks of the body, but also in the brain. In this simple but challenging class we will slow down enough to access the emotional and mental blockages that dictate our lives, while cultivating simple presence. Nourish yourself with yin to balance the fiery extremes of this life.

Yoga On and Off the Mat
This is a donation based class geared towards (but definitely not limited to) those dealing with addictions and life challenges. Whether you're new to yoga or have a seasoned practice, this class of movement/breathing/discussion is for everyone looking to strengthen mind, body & soul.
YOGA FOR HEALING
Mondays at 10:00 with Susan
LEad by a cancer survivor and yogini of 20+ years, this is a healing practice designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and address muscle fatigue. Using ancient breathing practices to quiet your mind and temper anxiety,this class is open to any practitioner, and all levels are encouraged to attend.

Acrobatic Yoga! Bring yourself or a friend and learn acrobatic yoga in a fun and safe environment.

Tuesdays at 6pm with Joanne
Relax, breathe, and restore your mind and body to their natural state of calm with this class that incorporates gentle, supported yoga poses with soothing essential oils.
Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends, supported by props and held for long periods of time to allow for complete release into the postures.
Wednesays at 7:00p
Designed to take the intimidation factor out of yoga, all are welcome to experience an hour-long practice that features an eclectic rock/metal/whatever playlist. With a different teacher each week, you can get a well-rounded sampling of what yoga can be, and you don’t even have to be able to touch your toes.
