HATHA |2-3|

Monday-Friday 5:00a w/ Logan

This practice incorporates asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Once a practice is established, students are able to extend their practice out to sit longer for pranayama and meditation.

Newer students should attend Mondays until familiar with the series.


MYSORE ASHTANGA |1-3|

MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:30-8:00am Classroom opens at 5:30am. Invocation at 6am. Carol will assist and guide you with individualized instruction in the Ashtanga tradition. The student learns specific movements, breathing, and other aspects of the series gradually, in a process accessible to anyone. Each student works at their own pace, guided by the teacher. This method requires discipline and a commitment to truly experience the benefits of the practice. New students are asked to begin their journey during New Student Weeks which is the first full week of each month. Learn more in Workshops & Events

LED PRIMARY |3|

Saturdays 8:30a with Carol |3|

The entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga is practiced together, moving through sun salutations, standing postures, and balancing poses, as called by the teacher. This is a 90 minute practice designed for those with some knowledge of the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga.


ASHTANGA LITE |2|

Fridays at NOON with Carol |2|

This 60 minute all levels class is based in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga and presented in a way that is approachable to those newer to the practice.


INTRO TO ASHTANGA |2|

Saturdays at 11am with Becca |2|

Introduction to the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.

This 75 minute practice will introduce you to the fundamental building blocks of Ashtanga Yoga through sun salutations, standing poses, and the first seated postures of the Primary Series. There is focus on linking breath per movement as well as linking dristhi (gaze) per movement.


ASHTANGA VINYASA |2-3|

Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:30-5:45p with Carol |2-3|

This is a 75 minute Vinyasa class pulling from the first and possibly second series of Ashtanga Yoga. Using sun salutations, breath, and bandhas, the class will move through different sequencing of traditional poses.

75 minute Vinyasa class with focus on using breath and concentration as a tool to connect, lengthen and strengthen. Moving safely through sun salutation variations, balancing postures, back bends and forward folds, we work into poses that build strength and allow room to release. All Levels. Some experience Recommended. Modifications in both directions.


ALL LEVELS VINYASA |2|

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-11:15am with Heidi |2|

Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30pm with Heidi |2|

This class moves through sun salutation variations, balancing exercises, and standing and seated postures, as we connect to our breath and our bodies. Using safe movements to build internal heat, this energetic class offers a moderate level of exertion that can be modified in either direction. All levels are welcome.


LUNCH BREAK YOGA |2|

Tuesday/Thursday 12p with Ellie |2|

60 minute practice uses sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and balancing poses, while building and maintaining a strong connection to the breath. Modifications are made available and all levels are encouraged to attend.


POWER VINYASA |2-3|

Mondays 5:30pm with Megan |2-3| Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30pm with Ellie |2-3|


ALL LEVELS POWER |1-3|

This class aims to strengthen and detoxify, linking challenging sequences and poses with the breath, while promoting safe alignment and mind/body connection.


BRO-GA |1-2|

Wednesdays at 7pm Rotating Teachers |1-2| $10 Drop in for non-members. Included in class packs.

Designed to take the intimidation factor out of yoga, all are welcome to experience an hour-long practice that features an eclectic rock/metal/whatever playlist. With rotating teachers, you can get a well-rounded sampling of what yoga can be, and you don’t even have to be able to touch your toes.

Light Yoga, Heavy Jams.


IT'S JUST YOGA |1-2|

It's Just Yoga is a Saturday morning feel good vinyasa flow that builds heat internally before moving into static postures designed to actively stretch and support the body. Start the weekend with mundfulness, tending to the body, breath, and self with this all levels class.

RESTORATIVE YOGA |1|

Tuesdays at 6pm with Joanne |1|

Relax, breathe, and restore your mind and body to their natural state of calm with this class that incorporates gentle, supported yoga poses with soothing essential oils.
Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends, supported by props and held for long periods of time to allow for complete release into the postures.


FUNCTIONAL YIN |1-2|

Thursdays & Sundays 6pm with Lily |1-2| These classes are a slow and steady pairing of functional movements for body callibration and deep stretches for fascial release. Come not only for flexibility and calmness, but for joint stability and release of the chronically overused musculature.

The practice is about approaching your body with care and attention. Lily uses core exercises, rhythmic stretching, and longer holds for joint health slowing down enough to access the emotional and mental blockages that dictate our lives. Cultivate space not only in the ligaments, joints, and deep fascial networks of the body, but also in the brain, in this simple but challenging class.


GENTLE/THERAPEUTIC YOGA |1|

Sundays 3:00-4:30 with Kathleen |1-2|

Moving slowly through gentle and restorative postures, this class is beginner and senior friendly, suited for anyone working through injuries or any other condition that would restrict mobility.


ACROBATIC YOGA |2-3|

Join Amber, Eric, & the beautiful Acro Community weekly to learn acrobatic yoga in a fun and safe environment.

This practice is designed for climbers, cyclists, boarders, & skiers, and centers on yoga for strength, balance, and focus, incorporating stretching for areas that need special attention.

This class is open to everyone but designed with Reno's Service Industry folks in mind, giving y'all some mid-weekend time to stretch it out and loosen up... We'll start with a gently demanding movement practice and move into some deeper stretching and relaxation techniques to help you decompress before or after your shift (or whatever weekend stuff you're getting into). OPEN TO ALL. $12 suggested donation, but come when you need to and pay what you can.

Yoga for Breast or Gynecological Cancer patients and survivors. Designed by a breast cancer survivor to be therapeutic to the needs of the student currently going through treatment or in recovery. This gentle yoga class will stimulate muscles, increase blood flow, balance the glands and enhance lymphatic flow in the body. Resulting in enhancement of your body's internal purification process and helping to relieve tension and anxiety.

Lead by cancer survivor and yogini of 20+ years, this is a healing practice designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and address muscle fatigue. Using ancient breathing practices to quiet your mind and temper anxiety, this class is open to any practitioner and all levels are encouraged to attend.
