These classes are led by a cancer survivor and yogini of 20+ years, Susan Hoog.  Join her for a healing practice designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and address muscle fatigue, while using ancient breathing practices to quiet your mind and temper anxiety.  Open to any practitioner, and all levels are encouraged. "Balancing all three of your Dosha’s may lead to a full body and mind healing.  Using the ancient science of Ayurveda, we will move through Asana practices that will help balance each of your Dosha’s: Vata, Pitta, Kapha.” No Class Memorial Day, May 29 and July 3.
