COMMUNITY UNLIMITED

 Get Unlimited access to our FULL Schedule.   $50 membership recurs monthly with a debit or credit card. There is a 6 month commitment, but you are able to pause and restart the payments, should you need to leave town or be away from yoga for any length of time.  

This deeply discounted rate applies to Students and Educators (WCSD/Private/Montessori/Etc.), Yoga Teachers, and Great Basin Community Food Co-Op Employees and Members.  (Current ID required.)  In addition, the same rate applies to our Midtown Membership, available to employees of neighboring businesses in Midtown/Downtown. (Current ID or Paystub)

Fridays 4:15-5:15pm with Community YOGI

This family centered vinyasa flow is good for yogis of ALL ages. Bring the whole family to learn basic breathing techniques, get moving, play games, and just work to connect with each other through the practice of yoga as a team. NOT INCLUDED IN REGULAR MEMBERSHIPS. Midtown Community Yoga donates our studio space to Community Yogi They use PRANA PAY, where you choose your price (suggested $12) and pay them directly. You can register through their website, and the proceeds go to the Teacher and to help Community Yogi provide fun yoga opportunities in cool venues throughout the Reno Carson Area.

MONDAYS at 10am These classes are led by a cancer survivor and yogini of 20+ years, Susan Hoog.  Join her for a healing practice designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and address muscle fatigue, while using ancient breathing practices to quiet your mind and temper anxiety.  Open to any practitioner, and all levels are encouraged.
